and well…I noticed this in last summer 2009… I came back to Peru after 8 years of living abroad…in my times..8 ..10 years ago ..we didnt have theses rains…
1.- On the coast of Peru it almost never rains
2.-There is no drainage system on the coastal cities of Peru…no neeed for that…but now
3.-House structures in Trujillo were not built to bear/endure rains…so if it keeps raining… they will collapse
it is said that these rains are caused for a pre-el niño effect or global warming…I will try to interview some Peruvian experts about this…
